- Price:
- Our prices are: water, electricity and gas included.
- TV, WiFi access, air conditioning included.
- The case fees are offered.
- A deposit of € 100, refundable within 5 days after departure, will be requested on the day of arrival.
- Bed and bathroom linen are not provided.
- A 50% deposit is requested to validate a reservation. The balance can be set by bank transfer at least 15 days before the date of arrival or the day of arrival by bank check or in cash only.
- For any cancellation requested by email no later than 15 days before the arrival date, the deposit paid will be reimbursed entirely. After this period, no refund can be requested, regardless of the reason.
- Internal regulations:
- The campsite management reserves the right to return the tenants not respectful of the internal regulations (noise, non-compliance with neighborhood, speed, etc.). In the event of expulsion, there will be no refund either of the rental or the deposit.

- Capacity and reservation:
- The maximum number of people authorized per housing is 5, subject to and depending on the housing model chosen. Reservations are nominative. To this end, you must send us the complete list of occupants with the birth dates of each tenant (baby, child, adult). The reservation is personal and cannot be sold to other people. Minors not accompanied by their parents will not be admitted. The campsite, being a private property, has the right to refuse people who are not registered.

- Only one car per location. The trailers remain at your own risk outside the campsite. Cars must wear a campsite sticker, if not, access to the campsite will be refused.
- Bulky or professional vehicles are strictly prohibited within the campsite. These vehicles must imperatively be parked outside the campsite.
- Arrivals and departures:
- Arrivals: between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. The identity documents of all the occupants will be requested on arrival. You will be asked for a deposit of € 100 in cash or in check. Bank cards are not accepted. This deposit will be reimbursed to you if you make the accommodation in the same condition as you have found it on arrival. The deposit is never reimbursed in advance and is destroyed or returned on request only by post within 5 days after departure.
- Departures: before 10:00 am. Cleaning is not included in the rental price. If the accommodation is not properly cleaned at the start, € 50 will be deducted from the deposit.
- Additional rules:
- No refund or compensation will be granted for any late arrival or for any early departure, regardless of the reason.
- To avoid any accident, the speed is limited to 10 km/h.
- Absolute silence is required between 11:00 p.m. and 8 a.m. Radios and other musical instruments should in no case disturb the neighbors.
- Balloon games are only authorized on play areas. Children must remain under the supervision of their parents.
- Visits can be authorized during the opening hours of the Campsite Management Bureau. The visits are paid. An identity document will necessarily be deposited in the management or the campsite's goalkeeper. Visits must be done on foot.
- Responsibilities and accidents:
- In the event of evacuation, you must bear the possible additional costs (hotels, loss of personal objects, etc.). The tenant renounces, by the signing of the contract, at any appeal to the owner concerning all claims: fire, water damage, and natural disasters.
- The responsibility of the campsite is not engaged in the event of theft, loss or damage of any kind (vehicle or other) during, or following a stay, as well as in the event of a breakdown or out-for technical equipment.
- In the event of non-compliance with this regulation, access to the camp may be refused.
